Education & qualifications

Thomas Noel Collister Jackson was educated at the Castle Rushen High School on the Isle of Man, moving on to gain a certificate in Offshore Finance and Admin from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Admins (ICSA). Jackson later gained his certificate in Trust Law and Management from the Malta Institute of Financial Services (MIFS) and a Law Degree LLB (Hons) from the Open University.

Other qualifications gained from the Open University include a Diploma in English Law and a certificate in Business Studies, and Jackson is currently working towards a BSc (Honours) in Mathematics, which he is expected to receive in 202. Continuing his studies, Anglia Ruskin University awarded Jackson a PG Diploma in Law (LPC) in 2018, and Master of Laws (LLM) in 2019.

Thomas Noel Collister Jackson is a UK Solicitor. Jackson is also part of the Federation of Small Businesses, Blackpool; the East Cambridge Conservative Association; the American Civil Liberties Union; Friends of Kings School; The Cambridge Union Society; and the London Manx Society.

Jackson enjoys flying – he has a private pilot’s licence – and sailing, playing chess, listening to music, and learning and practicing law.
